In The heart of Maadi, an existing building stood as canvas for transformation. Villa Attouta,a hidden gem nestled in the bustling streets, posed a unique challenges to revitalize an existing space and infuse a newfound charm while preserving its historical essence.

The buildings offer one, two-, & three-bedrooms apartments, to meet the different users needs.

The place was renovated by mixing some old equipment with newer ones, using the eclectic design style along with Moroccan vibes.

Each room has been designed with a unique identity, thus delivering different user experiences. A huge attention to the tiniest details in the design helped in bringing liveness to this antique place.
