The Significant Podia Tower is located in the core of a very distinctive site in the core of the new capital, Overlooking the green Nile and enjoying a three-sided view of green spaces.

The project consists of a 24-floor high office building on a two-story podium, accommodating over 300 office units and around 175 retail store, making it a self-serving building.

The idea behind the design was to achieve high exposure to the open and relaxing surrounding view, thus enriching the user experience through a positive and comfortable work environment. The design idea was achieved by having the offices placed around a central court, allowing the maximum of sunlight inside the building and enhancing the interior design experience.

The retail podium on the other hand consists of separate organic masses that are also oriented around a central plaza, creating better circulation and easier access to all retail shops and making a better shopping experience for users.

Designed to be the first smart administrative tower in the new capital, designed by our company and developed by Menassat Developments.

The tower has a superb location; right at the entrance to the governmental district, overlooking the green Nile and in front of the monorail station.

The tower uses a very smart tool of signage and floor patterns that leads users through the spaces easily.
