CGC is an Egyptian, private, joint stock company, established on Dec.9, 1989. The shareholders are nine Egyptian banks and 1 insurance company. CGC has contracts with 30 banks with over 2000 branches scattered throughout Egypt, with 200 number of employees.

Creating a new headquarters that is meant to strengthen the community culture through creating an environment that empowers employees. Using an Activity-based working philosophy, the new complex tends to reflect a dynamic corporate culture concept which promotes easier communication between staff of different departments. The new designed complex aimed to accommodate 200 relocated staff members from a typical paper-based environment that doesn’t support mobility to a more progressive workplace that makes the employees more engaged and able to flourish in their respective fields.
